H.E Dr. President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud met with U.S. Representative to the UN Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield in Mogadishu today.
They discussed among other topics, ongoing offensive against the terrorists & accelerating the US commitment to the Somali governments economic, humanitarian & security initiatives.
The first U.S. Cabinet member to visit Somalia since 2015 urged the world’s distracted donors Sunday to give immediate help to a country facing deadly famine, which she calls “the ultimate failure of the international community.”
